# Card Remover

The Card Remover NPC, **Wise Old Woman**, can be found in Prontera, inside the room to the left of the Prontera Refiner.

This NPC allows players to remove cards from their equipment by using special items called **Lubricants**.

### Requirement

To use the Card Remover service, players must prepare:

* 2,000,000 Zeny
* 1 Lubricant

### Lubricant Source

To remove cards from equipment, players need to prepare the appropriate Lubricant.

Each Lubricant has a different success chance and can be obtained from different sources.

| Lubricant           | Success Chance | How to Obtain                                            |
| ------------------- | -------------: | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| General Lubricant   |            40% | Exchange using Hunting Points at the Hunting Mission NPC |
| High Rank Lubricant |            80% | Obtained from events                                     |
| Silit Pong          |           100% | Available from the Cash Shop                             |

### Important Note

If the card removal attempt fails, the card will be lost.

Please be careful when choosing which Lubricant to use.
