The Training Officer can be found in Prontera.

This NPC allows players to test and optimize their character setup by experimenting with different stats, equipment, and build combinations.

Players can use the Training Officer to simulate their damage against certain monsters, making it easier to understand their current performance and prepare more effectively before entering real hunting or battle situations.

Ripped Cabus is an NPC that helps players increase their maximum weight limit.

To increase the weight limit, players must use a Gym Pass. Each use will increase the character's maximum weight limit by 1,000.

This upgrade can be applied up to 10 times per character, giving a maximum total bonus of 10,000 weight limit.

Short Description: Donate Zeny together and help activate server-wide EXP and Drop Rate buffs for everyone!

Long Description: The Charity Donation NPC allows players to donate Zeny together to activate special server-wide buffs.

This system has 5 buff tiers. The higher the donation progress, the stronger the buff that can be activated for the entire server.

Charity Buff Tiers:

* Tier 1: Base EXP +10% and Job EXP +10%
* Tier 2: Base EXP +20% and Job EXP +20%
* Tier 3: Base EXP +30% and Job EXP +30%
* Tier 4: Base EXP +40% and Job EXP +40%, and Drop Rate +10%
* Tier 5: Base EXP +50%, Job EXP +50%, and Drop Rate +20%

Work together with other players, support the server, and enjoy stronger buffs while adventuring in ROID.

The Channel Manager NPC allows players to manage additional chat channels in ROID.

Players who do not want to see certain chat channels, or players who want to enable extra chat channels, can visit this NPC to adjust their chat settings.

### Available Channel Settings

Through the Channel Manager NPC, players can enable or disable the following channels:

* Trade Channel
* Party Channel

### Function

Players can use this NPC to add or remove the Trade and Party channels from their chat.

This feature is useful for players who want a cleaner chat window, or for players who want to follow additional communication from the Trade or Party channels.

### How to Use

1. Visit the **Channel Manager** NPC.
2. Choose the chat channel you want to manage.
3. Enable or disable the selected channel based on your preference.

## <mark style="color:orange;">Lottery Manager</mark>

The Lottery Manager NPC allows players to purchase Lottery Tickets and join the weekly lottery draw in ROID.

Each Lottery Ticket costs **50,000 Zeny**.\
Every ticket purchase will be added to the total lottery prize pool.

### Lottery Schedule

The lottery draw will be held every:

**Sunday at 20:00 Server Time**

During each draw, **3 lucky winners** will be selected to receive a share of the lottery prize pool.

### Prize Distribution

The final prize pool will be distributed as follows:

| 1st Place | 50% of the prize pool |
| 2nd Place | 30% of the prize pool |
| 3rd Place | 20% of the prize pool |

### System Fee

A **10% system fee** will be deducted from the total lottery pool before the final prize distribution is calculated.

The remaining prize pool will then be distributed to the winners based on the prize share listed above.

### How to Join

1. Visit the **Lottery Manager** NPC.
2. Purchase a Lottery Ticket for **50,000 Zeny**.
3. Your ticket purchase will be added to the weekly lottery prize pool.
4. Wait for the weekly draw on **Sunday at 20:00 Server Time**.
5. If selected as one of the lucky winners, return to the **Lottery Manager** NPC and choose **Claim Your Prize** to receive your reward.

Heimdall is a special NPC that allows players to add status slots to their costumes.

By using **Valhalla Key**, players can add status slots to the costume they choose, with a maximum of **5 status slots per costume**.

### Status Re-Roll

If players are not satisfied with the status they receive, they can re-roll the costume status using:

**Valkyrie's Rewind**

This item allows players to refresh the status on their costume.

### Status Lock

If players already have a status they like and do not want it to be changed during re-roll, they can lock that status slot using:

**Heimdall's Gaze**

Each locked slot requires **1 Heimdall's Gaze**.

Locked status slots will not be affected when the costume status is re-rolled.

The Platinum Skill NPC allows players to directly unlock Platinum Skills for their class.

Normally, Platinum Skills require players to complete specific quests before they can be unlocked. In ROID, VIP players can use this NPC to access their Platinum Skills instantly.

The Universal Rental NPC allows players to rent class-related companions or equipment needed for their adventure in ROID.

This NPC helps players access important class features more conveniently, as long as they meet the required skill conditions.

The Storage Premium NPC allows players to unlock additional storage tabs in ROID using **Cash Coin**.

Each additional storage tab works as a separate storage, allowing players to store more items without worrying about limited storage capacity.

Players can unlock up to **3 additional storage tabs**.

Together with the base storage, players can have a total of **4 storage tabs**.

The Reset Girl NPC allows players to reset their stats and skills.

Through this NPC, players can adjust their character build again based on their current needs.

Players can use the Reset Girl NPC to reset:

* Stats
* Skills

This allows players to reallocate their stats and skills for a new build or different gameplay setup.

### Reset Cost

The first reset service for both stats and skills is free.

After the first free reset, each reset will cost:

**1,100,000 Zeny per reset**

The Stylist NPC provides appearance customization services for players in ROID.

By bringing a **Clothing Dye Coupon** or paying **1,000,000 Zeny**, players can change one of the following appearance options:

* Cloth Color
* Hairstyle
* Hair Color
