The ROID Office features several NPCs with exciting exchange options, allowing players to trade special items obtained in-game for a variety of valuable rewards.

Destiny Coin is a special currency that can be obtained from almost all monsters in ROID.

You can collect Destiny Coins and exchange them at the Destiny Coin Shop NPC for various useful items that will help you during your adventure.

At the Card Exchange NPC, players can trade 3 cards they do not want or need for 1 Old Card Album.

Every time you roll the gacha box, you have a chance to receive Pity Tickets.\
The amount of Pity Tickets obtained may vary, and there is also a chance that you may not receive any Pity Ticket from a roll.

Pity Tickets can be collected and exchanged at the Pity Ticket Shop NPC for various interesting status rewards.

Heimdall is a special NPC that allows players to add status slots to their costumes.

Hourly Coin is a special currency that players can earn by staying logged in to ROID.

Hourly Coins can be collected and exchanged at the Hourly Coin Shop NPC for several useful rewards, including Raffle Tickets, hunting supplies, and costumes.

The Headgear Quest NPC allows players to craft various headgears with different status effects.

To obtain a headgear, players need to exchange Destiny Coins along with the required materials listed by the NPC.

## <mark style="color:yellow;">Awakening Headgear</mark>

Selected headgears in ROID can be awakened to unlock additional status bonuses.

## <mark style="color:yellow;">Silver Key Shop</mark>

The Silver Key Shop NPC provides exclusive high-tier rewards for players who own Silver Keys.

Silver Keys can be exchanged for valuable items, including a Monthly Recharge Bonus Chest equivalent to 150,000 Cash Coin or the Broken Ring of Autoloot, which can later be upgraded into the Ring of Autoloot. Each costs 1 Silver Key.

The Gold Key Shop NPC offers exclusive high-tier rewards for players who own Gold Keys.

Gold Keys can be exchanged for spectacular weapon costumes that are extremely rare in ROID, as well as the Repaired Ring of Autoloot, a special ring that provides the autoloot feature for players.

## <mark style="color:yellow;">Sindri</mark>

Sindri is a special NPC who can upgrade the **Broken Ring of Autoloot** into a usable **Ring of Autoloot**.

The Ring of Autoloot provides an automatic looting function that helps players collect monster drops more conveniently while hunting in ROID.

## <mark style="color:yellow;">Gold and Silver Keys Crafter</mark>

Silver Key and Gold Key are prestigious items in ROID.

These keys are highly valuable and difficult to obtain. They do not drop from monsters and are mainly obtained through Monthly and Lifetime Donation Rewards.
