# Vending Rules
Players are allowed to open vending shops in all towns and Field except Prontera.
Vending must be placed outside the 5x5 cell area around any NPC. If the vending location is too close to an NPC, the shop cannot be opened.
This restriction is implemented to prevent NPCs from being blocked by player vending shops and to keep important NPC services accessible for all players.\
### Offline Vending Rules
* **VIP players** can use Offline Vending directly.
* **Non-VIP players** must purchase an Offline Vending Voucher @50.000 Zeny to access the Offline Vending feature for 24 hour. If the player disconnected They dont need to set up their vending again.
* If the player's VIP status or Offline Vending Voucher duration expires while the character is still in Offline Vending mode, the character will be disconnected from the Offline Vending service.
## Autotrade Permit
Autotrade Permit is a voucher item used to access the Offline Vending feature.
Non-VIP players can use this item to keep their vending character active through Offline Vending.

### How to Obtain
Autotrade Permit can be obtained from the **Autotrade Permit Box**, which is sold by the **Tool Dealer NPC** in Prontera.
When the box is opened, it will give the player an **Autotrade Permit** voucher.

### Duration
The Autotrade Permit has a duration of **24 Hours**
Once the Autotrade Permit is taken out from the box, the timer will start immediately.

### Important Notes
* The Autotrade Permit timer will start immediately when it is taken out from the box.
* The timer will continue running even if the player is not using Offline Vending.
* Autotrade Permit cannot be sold or dropped.
